Amazon employee dies after injury at Fort Wayne facility: police

May 8 Witness Statement: i was working when it happened.. it was a member of flow trying to clear a jam.. he got caught in a conveyor and his neck snapped.. there are more details but long story short, it was very gruesome and he 100% died on site (not at the hospital like the news keeps saying)
One report says he had long hair and it got caught in the conveyor.
