If there were a devil, such a deal would only land you in far greater misery.
Maybe try reading Goethe's Faust or Thomas Mann's Doctor Faustus.
No matter what mistakes we've made,
we can always learn from them and start again with greater wisdom.
At 22-25, you still have the whole of your life ahead of you.
