what is your dismemberment plan?

i wanna get cremated and thrown into a
body of water. if i were to ever consider
burial, i would get buried with no casket.

So i thought of a few different things and im inbetween donating my body to a medical school or being used to fertilize soil and grow a tree so hopefully my energy continues to exist through that new life
