Losing someone
Today I heard some sad news that my sons nan is basically dying and if she does they won’t revive her because her body is too fragile.
Obviously my son is in bits and I know the pain of losing someone as I lost my mum 10 years ago and that pain will never leave me.
But I see things so much differently now and I know when we lose someone it can cut deep but I also see it that they are going home.
Sometimes our bodies just have enough and slowly give up on us but our souls will never die and that’s what I hold close to me.
To know that it’s just our vessels that die makes it easier for me to deal with now I just know she won’t be in pain and will be free.
