necromancy

Did you know immortals can revive the dead? There are generally three ways to do it. I will only cover the single way that was first implemented. The blood of a living organism poured into the mouth of a dead organism of the same type will restore life to the dead one, but will tie the revived one to the living one eternally.. This is dangerous unless the revived is released from its obligation or a release agreement reached/granted. Otherwise the difference between walking undead and zombie can be profound.

the second way involves burning an effigy, about 3, 13, or 27 people and serious amounts of time, energy and intent. Still remembering the procedure, The third involved revival from cremeation, and requires a lot of living human blood and hair, skin cells, and/or a beloved object/clothing of the deceased.

Furthermore their are immortal rules of consent age guidelines and a conduct ethics agreement. Ultimately it must be requested and consented to, with no more than 3 in person witnesses. This is probably why an immortal cannot bleed out
