I Have Lost A Friend To The Angel Of Death

I know I don't post often but if you haven't seen a family/friend in years, don't wait to see them. I had an opportunity to see a friend I grew up with the weekend of June 23-24. Decided not to go because the weather was raining and didn't want to deal with the rain because there's nothing to do where I would have been able to see her for a long time.

Tuesday June 26, she came back from camp with all her family. She end up passing away that day. Yesterday I went to her wake and today was the funeral! Unbelievable that she just turned 39 the June 23th.

What hurts the most is that she leaves behind a 9yr old son & twin 5yr old girls. Both her daughters left notes in the casket for her mom. I would switch places with her because of her kids. Just sucks that she was taken away from us way too soon.

All I have to say is don't wait to see people you haven't seen in years.
