I Am Very Disturbed By The Death Of Trayvon Martin

I Am Trayvon Martin... As you guys can see in the title there was a coupled of videos on youtube about Justice 4 Trayvon well I was just watching the BET special and Zimmermans lawyer said to (not being racist) all black people ".....There was a BLACK kid that was shot...." that was that one itsy bitsy word that he said made me so made because what if it was(Still not racist) a white kid and they got shot it would make a HUGE difference. And that's probably why Zimmerman shot him. Sorry but I was getting furious I was cussing and everything. It shouldn't matter about race.

Trayvon Martin; I read the documents released by Florida PD.

Zimmerman IS guilty.  Martin may have beaten him up, but note the LACK of defensive wounds noted on Zimmerman in his doctors report. Yes, he may have had a fractured nose and a laceration on the back of his head, but if someone was on top delivering blows, the first reaction should have been to protect his face.  Instead he reached for his gun and more than likely shot Martin as he sat on his chest or was getting up to walk away. From the site of the shot trajectory would indicate the bullet was travelling up at an angle from the right (assume Zimmerman is right handed).  If it was an accident, surely Zimmerman would have been trained in first aid and attempted to resuscitate Martin? No, instead he turns the kid over onto his face to facilitate exsanguination and walks away.  In the two to three minutes it took the police to get there Martin was already dead.
The fact that he brought a weapon, incited the argument and did not attempt to physically defend himself and just shot Martin indicates a pre-determination to commit murder, with a "valid" excuse.
The defence will argue that Martin was a drug user, that THC induces psychosis, particularly in men. Just 7 days earlier Martin was suspended from school for cannabis possession.  Yet there was none on his person and the levels of THC & it's  metabolite in both the blood and urine would be consistent with use several days earlier (whether or not he was a first time or regular user).  The defence will argue that cannabis, even at low levels, can induce aggressive behaviour in men.  Studies have been conducted, but the lowest recorded levels were at 4.57ng/ml.  The level found in Martin was 1.5ng/ml.  This is not a high enough level to induce psychosis, an if psychosis was to be expected; a pattern of aggressive behaviour would have been noted in the 7 days prior to this encounter, none of which has been reported by family or friends, no police reports filed.  Moments before he was killed Martin visited a convenience store where he is on CCTV.  He purchased items-and no aggressive behaviour is witnessed.  He was then followed, relentlessly pursued by Zimmerman, who was determined to catch a black male who may be committing crimes.  There is evidence to suggest that Zimmerman is over zealous in his role as neighbourhood watch captain; e-mails to see if the "black man" was arrested, the call to the police moments before Martin was killed saying he was going to follow Martin even though he was advised not to.  Why would a trained, well-built and mature man in possession of a hand gun go against advice and follow a young black man, obviously fitter than him and younger than him, unless it was for personal gain? Zimmerman wanted to be a hero.  He thought if he confronted Martin he could get him to react, respond with violence in order to allow him to dispatch his weapon.  Zimmerman thought he would be a hero, he would let the black man know that he wouldn't get away with crime on his territory.  But his actions make him the villain.   This is pre-meditated murder.  After giving him a hiding, it appears that Martin was going to get up and walk away.  Zimmerman didn't want that.  After making no attempt to defend himself (apart from calling for help) he shoots Martin as he sat on top of him.  Martin falls backward, and Zimmerman pushes him onto his front.  This is not the action of a well-trained neighbourhood watch captain; this is the act of a man who thought he could get away with murder.
