I spent 3 hours playing Candy Crush instead of working 🤷‍♂️

Let me think.... I have taken on too many work tasks and special projects (because I like to be in the middle of things) and I am somewhat become ineffective and am letting people down around me. I need to cut back to be fair to those who I am managing or supporting...but just cannot let go.
