Agreed. Even when people have outbursts I don't consider it bad or hurtful, I still listen to what they're saying. There's a lot of honesty in unbridled rage.

It's usually the conniving and false that can stay cool.

Anger is never a good thing, especially when it is directed in the wrong way.
Christ was angry in the temple. Moses was angry and broke the stone tablets. One thing is certain — anger has the power to break and damage things.
The real question is not whether anger exists, but where it is positioned and how it is directed. When anger is misdirected, destruction follows.
Balaam became angry and struck his donkey. That moment shows us that when anger is not properly controlled or guided, damage is inevitable.
So anger itself may not be the problem — but if it is not directed rightly, trust me, something will break.

Anger is one of the most powerful emotions that can be directed to achieve your goals. But you must activate your mind to control it so it doesn’t burn you alive.
I somehow get this.

I kinda believe all anger is simply fear sporting armor.

You handle things better with a cool head
@antonioioio It's all in the way it's channeled. I'm not talking about being violent against others or lashing out

@pituitarypendulum either am I
But I've learned the hard way
The least said
The easiest mended, especially in anger
