I Am Angry

So yesterday my bestfriend/former roomie who graduated suggested we hang out so that we can catch up. She said she was coming to town to visit.
Last night I didn't want to bother her cause I didn't know when she'd get out of work. She bailed on me and didn't message me back at all. On snapchat this morning I found out she was in town with her frat bros.

I know she has other friends too but I can't help but feel salty about this. This isn't the first time she's bailed. She always apologizes but her communication sucks and she knows it. I feel like talking to her wouldn't get us anywhere.
