I Am Angry

The guy I haven't been involved with in months have managed to ruin my day 200 miles away once more. I reached out to him yesterday to see how he was doing (biggest mistake). So today he reached out to me and blamed an absolutely despicable act on me. It pisses me off greatly because every time something doesn't go as he wants in his life, he NEVER fails to blame the situation on me. With the situation now, it angers me because we haven't interacted with one another in months but he swears it's my fault.

Never will he give me credit for anything great that has happened. I will always be portrayed as the enemy in his eyes. He's a diagnosed sociopath and needs to receive more help for his disorder. I vow to never interact with him again. This is what happens when you're nice to as-holes.
