Fiscal lowdown for me
I am looking at a decrease of 200 a month, there were a few steps I needed to follow correctly to avoid this but I did step 2 before step 1, step 1 is in 2 parts, i've been researching it like I should have last summer! And then part 2 is done by my doctor
I used to have 900 for everything after bills but now 700, and I minused another 100 just to make it all more clear to me, and the hidden costs my foggy head misses
After my vices of smokes and edibles, and with a 30 dollar untouchable amount I have 350 for groceries and yummy food.
a yummy order is about 30 dollars each I would like that but just less often, once a week 30 times 3 90 dollars let's say 100 for the yummies
Leaving 250 for groceries, in 3 deliveries to make the free delivery subscription meaningful, so that's an average of 80, (I rounded down there) three 80 dollar grocery orders with one yummy per week, downscaling whenever possible, if my grocery order can be more close to 50, all the better.
Suffice it to say, all my monthly subs except Instacart will have to be ended.
I am well prepared for things to read, listen and watch. And it is those sorts of things I was addicted to spending money on, this 200 subtraction is helping me to make better spending choices, and eventually I might get that 200 back, the person I spoke with hesitated about that possibility though, but by then I will have adapted, and 4 times a year there's little bonuses which can be used to chip away at the debt, not to get more things like the old me would do, I am so blessed with the books I already have, the time being spent will be priceless, becoming a sea creature in the deep waters of their contents.
Instead of the yummy orders, I will take little walks for semi-yummy treats 2x a week, that will give more mileage for the same amount. Weather will be nice for a few months, allowing me to save, eat more, and get more exercise!!
I might be getting new glasses in the foreseeable future too!! Meaning i could maybe enjoy again my silent film collection, oh boy to see those glorious relics in the pitch dark living room on that TV will be sweet.
