1. Reject/Reduce/Remove(Unnecessary/Avoidable Tasks).
2. Postpone less important Tasks.
3. Delegate tasks that can be delegated.
4. Prioritize Tasks and use Time Management.
5. Micro-tasking(break big task into easily manageable chunks).
6. Release stress using Exercise, Yoga and Meditation and ensure proper sleep.
7. Adopt a philosophy like Karma Yoga.
