Have you done things that you find it hard to get over

I’ve done a few things that I still get upset about, I think a lot about it. I wish I could change things.

Yes, same here. I hope you’re ok?! For me, the things are always in my mind, some days they’re just there but not to bad, some days I just kinda dwell on them.@Jenny1234
