I should go visit my friend. But she lives an hour away so it'd be weird if I left after 30 mins of talking

How are people able to be around other ppl all day? Then again, I feel like I can be myself around her so she doesn't exhaust me. But I'm afraid maybe things have changed between us , so I don't know haha. She gets me like no other but ppl change, things change
