There is no functional difference between an abortion and a miscarriage. This is why laws against abortion are dangerous, as women who have miscarriages won't be able to prove that if they're accused of having an illegal abortion.

I suspect the sensitivity was mainly due to pregnancy and not abortion. During pregnancy, a woman's breasts will enlarge. As for the squirting during the scraping procedure, maybe the instruments were touching their clitoris. The fact that the doctor and nurses were surprised suggests that this reaction wasn't normal or expected.
