There is no functional difference between an abortion and a miscarriage. This is why laws against abortion are dangerous, as women who have miscarriages won't be able to prove that if they're accused of having an illegal abortion.

I suspect the sensitivity was mainly due to pregnancy and not abortion. During pregnancy, a woman's breasts will enlarge.
