Pro choice women here, a question

are you in support of men having a pro choice option here? I say that and what i mean by it is if you support women getting to make the choice on life and death of the fetus, are you in support of men having a choice to wipe themselves financially all together from the fetus if you wanted to keep the pregnancy going and he didn't.
Or do you basically just have a pro choice opinion when it comes to women and at the same time basically have a pro life opinion towards men?

Yeah, if they, (the man), wanted to. But there will be no coming back from that decision.
If he wants out - he'd be dead to me ....and my child .

Mind you, i live in a country that supports single parents - so its easy for me to say that .

@OogieBoogie thats fair. There is no going back when the female makes the abortion decision, so men should not get to change their minds either.
@Torsten i think that there should be laws on this .
There should be choice from both sides .
I mean, just as too many men run out on pregnant partners, too many women trap men with getting pregnant.

Too many fuck it up.

Mind you ....here, its no better .
Young uneducated girls/women know that if they are pregnant and single - they will get top priority for government housing.
So even the system gets abused, and the children just become excuses for welfare payments.😓

@OogieBoogie you make good points for sure. The system encourages relationships to end i think. People abuse it and something within it certainly needs to be changed.

Personally I think fathers need to be responsible and held accountable if they get a woman pregnant but in saying that i hold the same opinions when it comes to women and them also being accountable for their actions.
I get not many like it when its said but there is plenty of preventive measures to stop pregnancy from even happening and it even getting to the point of abortion even being a discussion. I think people use Abortion as a form of birth control now (not everyone of course, but a lot of women).
@Torsten wjat annoys me most about abortion is - that thr system is geared for it to be awful .

What i mean is - if women were more encouraged to understand their reproductive health better, had better options readily available, and easier, cheaper access to health professionals, abortion could happen within the 5 -7 week period before any sort of nervous system grows - its still a blastocyst, not an embryo.

Its this awful reality that women are driven to have them later, that it becomes a horror.

Contraception isnt tjat east to come by in all countries . I only learned recently that something loke 14% of women in america use oral birth control . Intradermal is 10%
Female sterilization is 18% .👀

More women are being sterlized than using medical contraception - and thats a first world country !
These rates are horrific!

Where is the education?
Where is the medical support.

No wonder abortion is such an issue over there

@OogieBoogie I dont know what its like in a lot of places around the world and i certainly am not going to even try and pretend i know what women go through with all that stuff and for sure if those things are harder for women to come by making abortion harder to avoid and so on, I think its a fair discussion to have and something needs to change to make things easier but at the same time i cant help but think if thats the case and women dont want to get pregnant or ready for any of that, maybe sex should just not happen.
I get that is a unfair thing to say cause sex is pretty fantastic but its not worth everything that comes after it if you're not ready or wanting it.
Goes to men as well. If they dont want a child or be held down finically for 18 years and dont know how to have safe sex or have the measures for it, they should not be having sex.

feel free to disagree but thats my stance on it
@Torsten the most unfortunate thing is - is sex is cheapened. Its a commodity connected to everything -.self esteem, status, value.... everything. Women sell their youth for stuff - for financial security. And Men buy it.

Sex is a brand that everyone wants, and so few value....and even less know the true art and magic of😔

@OogieBoogie Blastocyst? It stops being this at four weeks. By the time women know they are pregnant, it is an embryo, a small baby.
@badlands yes, its a blastocyst, then an embyo then a foetus. In the embryonic stage the heart, nevous system and internal organs start ro form, once they have - it becomes a foetus .
Women find out they are pregnant at many different stages.
For some, its not untill its too late, for others they know within four weeks or even less.

Im not seeing your point .

Edit - but now i see your posts i get where you are coming from.

Im sorry - i believe that within better limits , women should be allowed abortion rights.
But then , i aslo believe that if they were educated better, and given better availability to healthcare - they wouldnt need to opt for abortion.
