Five women sue Texas after horrific experiences from that state's abortion ban

We need to hear more stories like this. The more people who are aware of the horrors and depraved cruelty of abortion bans, the more they will be motivated to vote against the politicians behind these evil and anti-human laws.

Amanda Zurowski: Developed sepsis when doctors refused to abort her dying fetus.

Lauren Hall: Forced to fly to Seattle to abort her fetus that would have been born without a brain or skull. Her doctors in Texas were prohibited from sharing her medical records.

Lauren Miller: Pregnant with twins, she learned that one had a genetic condition that would threaten the other twin's survival unless it was aborted. She was forced to abort the defective twin out of state, and is still pregnant with the remaining twin.

Anna Zargarian: Forced to fly to Colorado for an abortion when her water broke early and was told that she could not have an abortion in Texas until the fetus was dead.

Ashley Brandt: Pregnant with twins, she learned that one had anencephaly and would not survive birth. She was forced to travel out of state for an abortion to save the life of her other twin.

I do feel sorry for their bad circumstances. They did do what they wanted to do. They just had to go somewhere that where the majority of the people voted to make it legal.

Pregnancy can be hard. It’s a serious decision on whether or not to try and bring life into the world. Women that use abortion as some type of birth control and those that want to abort a alive fetus led up to a vote and the majority of people in that state voted against it. If it was a medical emergency then they would abort the unborn baby. I hate to say it but like when you have cancer they don’t just kill you. You have to see it through to the end.
I have a feeling I will get hate messages for this. Just before sending any hate messages. Please think about my analogy of the cancer patient that has to see the ordeal through.
@specman Why should they have to travel to a different state for a medical procedure? These were emergencies, and the doctors decided to risk a malpractice suit instead of a prison sentence.

Nobody uses abortion as birth control. That's propaganda, to make it sound like a bunch of ditzy women are too stupid to remember to take the pill and are getting several abortions every year. It's none of your business why a woman has an abortion any more than it's your business if she has a boob job. Telling a woman she has to "see it through" because she committed the unforgivable sin of having sex is bullshit.

The people in Texas weren't allowed to vote on abortion. Their legislators made the decision for them. If abortion was put to a vote in every state, it would only be illegal in maybe five or six. Even conservative states like Kansas voted to keep abortion legal. The same thing would happen in Texas, which is close to a 50/50 split. The only reason their legislature is so conservative is because they've gerrymandered the districts to give themselves an unfair advantage. It's the same thing here in Georgia.

And the powers that be, and their supporters, fall under the "pro-life" category? That's gutsy.

I'm SO glad these women got together to do this. Because I'm sure there's many, many more who've faced similar situations. I'll also assume a large percentage of the doctors who are being forced to comply are just as disgusted.

Sadly, those people claim we are the evil ones.
