There should be exemptions for cases where the mother’s life is at risk, and obviously this was one of those cases.

@Carissimi I don’t know, but South Carolina probably has exemptions for the life of the mother, most states do, and this one just didn’t quite qualify. By the way, did you know that even if a pregnancy is non-viable, if there’s zero chance of the mother giving birth to a live baby, and the doctor knows that the mother’s life will be in danger if the pregnancy continues, in states with abortion bans they still can’t terminate? They have to wait until the mother’s life is actually, technically in immediate danger before it’s legal to abort. Even though the baby will never be able to survive outside the womb. What’s the point in that?

@Carissimi They have that, she didn't legally count she'd have to become sceptic first. "Maybe at risk in the future" doesn't cut it.
