Okay, I see, You want to teach what is proper in addressing ones elders. Unless there is no other
person(s)to intervene, he should be learning this in School. My immediate thought would be to ask the bosses secretary. If he is NOT joining the company as an employee, Then just know to take notes in meetings, and do your best.
