It's all about learning your limits and what you're prepared to do to get there in the correct manor.I worked to a level of management I wanted to and was satisfied.Now I've gotten older and those values have changed.I want to work less and have a more balanced work/life balance..which I now do

@HotPizza: yea exactly, when life doesn't make a way for us we have to make our way through life. Even if we have to do some learning, changing, and adapting along the way
