What makes a person truly evil? Are they born that way or did their environment make them that way?

truly evil? it depends on your point of view. as a wiccan the catholic church would brand me as evil. as a man overzealous feminists might brand me as being evil, as someone who takes forever to order a subway sandwich everybody can call me evil. its neither born nor environment. just how you are percieved.

@NeloAngelo: Well , to make our job easy lets focus on the boundaries that are much more wider and easily distinguishable by common people . Agree peoples perception defines the boundaries , but there are case where the boundaries are agreed by most of the people .
