What makes a person truly evil? Are they born that way or did their environment make them that way?

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: Yeah . Mostly it is the environment . If we can try and make those environments good so that the new born are grown into goodness , it would be really great .

@Neena: But it is first and foremost the way they are born. Psychopaths as well as sociopaths lack the empathy sensor in their brain. Most truly evil things are done by people who are labeled psychopaths.
Evil things are done out of circumstance. Also, evil can be very subjective thing for people.

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: So we are left with only few options . Either makes a suitable sensors with auto correcting mechanism or people around them be more responsible . And the so called psychopaths themselves have a responsibility to learn what is right .
