I believe that death penalty exists but I don't think it's moral. Taking someone's life who took another life makes absolutely no sense.

@Faerylight: My viewponit is morality. I mean let's put it that way, the state affirms that it's against criminals but they punish then by killing them, how is that moral? If you say "they have no right to take one's life" but you take theirs...What..? I understand that some of this individuals have committed unimaginable crimes but it must be a better punishment if not jail.
Is it moral to keep them alive tormenting more souls psychologically and causing much worse pain?

@Randomperson: Yes it is. Those individuals is not an argument for death penalty. Killing them will not cure the society, I think it's more for revenge then justice. Those people need psychological help and maybe more then just isolation(jail).

@Deleteyourself: I guess if the State says kidnapping is wrong it shouldn't lock people up.
