Be honest. Not politically correct. If most people didn't like and/or support bullies, bullying wouldn't be so widespread.

People who harass others for no good reason are insecure and weak of character. The farthest one can go from cool.
Nobody actually gives a fuck about how big and bad you think you are and if you treat other people poorly then you can expect nothing better than for others to do the same to you.
That's also not at all how bullying works psychologically. By the same logic then rape must be cool because it's such a widespread problem.
