Be honest. Not politically correct. If most people didn't like and/or support bullies, bullying wouldn't be so widespread.

bullying a nerd doesn't pay off in the long run , Many end up as a boss in industry due to their Higher levels of education and know more about computers than anyone on the planet / You go in to apply for a job and standing before you is the nerd you used to bully " OUCH "
