Well my husband and I do call each other Mama and Papa. We've been together for 18 years and we are on baby #7, so we just got used to referring to each other as that. "Bring this to Mama." "Can you ask Papa to come here?" Etc.
If you mean it as some sort of sexual thing, I do occasionally refer to my husband as big daddy! 😀
I'm not so sure that I would find it sexy if he called me mommy in bed though! More like Norman Bates creepy! 🤢
