Ever notice it can take a long time for the meaning of something to become clear to you

I had that problem with dichotomy. When I was on ep, I was unsure exactly what made someone a troll. Hadn't encountered the term in that context before. I was out walking and I see this cruddy looking van going in and out and around the neighborhood, over and over, up and down the blocks, then back again. I thought, is this a metal salvage collector or a pederast trolling for children? Then it clicked for me, a troll it someone who cruises around looking to do mischief.
