Definitely. I was lucky to have immigrated to the United States at a young age, otherwise I would be struggling like my parents to fully grasp English.

I start to learn at age 11. My Parent speak Kyrgyz and Russian, but I speak Kyrgyz and English. Do not want to speak russian

@Moonlite17: If you started at 11, you will not have a problem, especially if you spend time in an English-speaking country.
