It is a sick society that would actually urge you on to assist you in finding an easy way to kill yourself. I am sorry for your pain. There is still hope. You have options that you cannot see right now. It is not that you do not have options. It is just that you cannot see them right now, as your mind is foggy. Sometimes our thoughts cloud our minds from seeing the hope of a better day, but it is coming. The more hope you can see, the more hope you can have. You are not alone in this. You are loved more than you will ever know. You're not a mistake. You're important, and God has a purpose for your life.

Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Your depression is lying to you. It wants you to believe that you are worthless and hopeless and that you will always feel this way. But you won't always feel this way. You might not even feel this way for very long. Tough times don't last. They're only temporary. The truth is, you couldn't be in better hands. God loves you, just the way you are. He thinks you're the best! He is that person you can trust with all your heart. Treat yourself as you would a dear friend. Confide in Jesus about how you are feeling, and let him help you. It is the best thing you could do for the person you know who needs the most sympathetic handling right now: you. Focus on the things you can change.
