Don't ever get married. Especially twice.

Just because the drink is free doesn't mean you have to drink it, and remember those tumblers bounce.

Don't be afraid to fail. Fail hard and fail fast and fail a lot. You'll be a lot happier once you realize you learn from it, as opposed to not trying. Not trying will kill you.

Never fight in a war and never make those severe mistakes that will follow you throughout the course of your life

'YOU HAVE EPILEPSY!! GET CHECKED AND GET ON EPILUM!!' That's what I'd roar down the passage of time to my younger self. 'ITS NOT MENTAL ILLNESS! ITS NOT PANIC ATTACKS ITs EPILEPSY!!!' It took took damn long to discover that the funny turns were in fact partial-seizures and not panic attacks. TOO DAMN LONG!!
