Massively lost my way in life for years. Ending up a homeless drug addict in my twenties. Lots happened prior to that to. Im 48 now though and in a much better place. Even though another trauma hit us recently. My ex wife recently died of cancer at just 46. Now its my job to stay strong and try to make sure our son never gets lost and keeps focused

@WoodyAq: Depression i can relate to also. I watched a guy called dr john bergman on youtube. He covers lots of health aspects but has a vid on retraining the mind. Awesome guy. Also the book. Depressive ilness. Curse of the strong by dr Tim Cantopher is very interesting.
