Finally got an job/internship but the pay is very very low. What should I do in your opinion? Should I start working here?

So I guess many of you know I have shared I have been searching for a job for a long time even though I live in a city Bangalore in India which is the IT hub. Yeah it's been over a year as a whole (16 months) since I am actively searching and 11 months since my MBA officially got over. I just couldn't get one due to repeated ghosting after interviews, prior problems with my resume, not getting many jobs in my role and very competitive and harsh job market. After trying so much, yesterday I had an interview and i finally cleared the interview and got the internship. It's aligned with my analytics and market research background.

But the pay is way too low. The internship will be for 3 months and the pay is only 6K to 7K rupees per months(which is about $63 to $73 per month) and that's very low in a city like Bangalore. The work hours are 10 am to 7 PM and 6 days of working(Mon to Sat). They are saying it can convert to full time job based on performance after 3 months but no full assurity. I am fine with the role itself but the pay is the main thing. It's very low for an MBA graduate in Bangalore. What should I do? I have been job searching for a long time so I definitely wanna start working but the only drawback is the pay for me. Give suggestions. Should I join it and start working and then switch to a better paying job later? I hope the low paying internship won't spoil my resume.

OMG. I thought this day would never come. Take the job and you can move on from there. The job on your CV will carry far more weight in your favour then the low pay. You HAVE to start somewhere. This is YOUR start. Embrace it.
