When do you think is the right age to be considered an adult.

The law says 18-21 but psychological and scientific studies say the brain doesn’t on average mature until about age 25. Damn. I mean 18-25 are considered young adults. You’re considered quite young until you hit 30. What is your opinion on the right age for adulthood reflecting modern advances and understanding on reaching maturity?
