I am experiencing the same.

I hear you.

I have experienced pain that gradually consumes me.
I am not suicidal, however.
I have been stubborn & still am, but I have developed an addiction to using a blade on my bare skin, though not deeply. Not a single cut in veins.
For a long time, I managed to keep it hidden from my grandparents.
However, HK people found blood stains on the bed sheets & informed my grandmother.
She was quite upset.
At-least you are able to put your suffering in words . <3
I am very good at hiding though .

I have been in a place similar to what you are describing. It took me a long time to come to the surface and break free.

Your poem is sad I felt that from you
There is light on the other side
Do not dismay
It may seem far off
Let the darkness go hide
There is light on the other side
Do not dismay
It may seem far off
Let the darkness go hide

@Simplyme33 I hope things improve for you.
So.... disassociation, generalised anxiety and panic attacks?
Nobody has helped you?
Nobody has helped you?
