Woahhhh you all won't believe how unexpected my today's socializing was. What do you feel about it?
So today I went to JP Nagar area of our city Bangalore in India which is more in the Southern part of the city. Usually i visit the more Central areas like UB City mall, Lavelle road, Church Street etc but today I explored the Vega City mall of JP Nagar and i literally socialized with 3 foreign women there. Yeah at first i initiated conversation with this woman who is actually from Argentina. Yeah it was my first time talking to someone from Argentina which felt so exciting and cool. Latin America fascinates me honestly so yeah. She is a tourist tho. We talked a lot and she was so bubbly. She is mostly somewhere in her 30s and very pretty and I am 25. Also she was so honest lol. She literally said so far in India she visited Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore currently and she literally said she loved Bangalore the most. Damn I wish I could talk more but yeah she was entering the ladies dressing store in the mall so ended the conversation politely. It felt so unexpected to meet an Argentinian person in Vega City mall. I usually only meet such diverse foreigners in Central Bangalore areas.
But then when I entered the shopping mart area of the mall, I initiated conversation with these 2 women from the Netherlands. Yeah they are expats who are exchange students. I was curious whether they are studying in the IIM Bangalore campus which is close to the mall but they said they study in Christ University which is also close enough. They are in their final year of social work so yeah likely in their early 20s(about 21-22). They were very talkative and too gorgeous. They also asked me many things too like whether I am staying in Bangalore and were genuinely surprised when I said I am from Bengal and living in Bangalore since 2008. They were also asking me about my MBA when I said that I completed it quite recently and whether I am working now. They were so bubbly and asking me more stuffs and so was I hehe. I also asked whether they love shopping and laughed and they too laughed saying they love it and I said I am not a big fan of shopping and mainly came to the mall for a coffee haha but yeah I wish i could banter some more (sadly I suck at jokes and banters). This was an interaction i didn't want to end.
Honestly after the handshake, in my mind I was genuinely wanting to ask their Instagram but I chickened out and now I probably might never meet them again which is making me feel like such a coward. They were so pretty and had amazing energy and lightened up my mood. Whether they would have said yes or no is a different thing and I would have accepted it and moved on but I didn't even try asking whether we can connect on Instagram. But yeah a very unexpected social moment in a JP Nagar mall. I hope to get more such amazing moments and opportunities and get to socialize more and meet diverse people.
