I'm waiting for a 'Crazy Test Kit' that could monitor your sanity levels like a blood sugar reading to see if you should even leave the house

I have found many days when it would benefit everyone , mainly myself , if I was shown to just stay home

One can do just one, out of a choice of 21 tests, for about $2.50 at multitests.org
or sign up for about $36 to do all 21 test across 3 days.
Each questionnaire is 100 questions long.
They're designed by experts based on research.
With some, the results are merely models, like mirrors, that provide a few insights.
Some are indicators for genetically inherited brain styles which may lead to a recommendation to see a specialist for proper diagnosis.

We're all mad in so many ways.
It's the human condition.
Our brains tend to create feedback loops which subsequently turn into habits, some beneficial, some inconsequential, and some harmful.

I call it mad when we persist with what obviously harms ourselves or others or nature.

But there's a zillion definitions.

One definition is the inability to recognize and accept reality as it really is.
But this has a singular problem: the paradox of the senses:
we can really only see what our senses enable us to.
If we're blind, can't smell, taste, hear, feel or learn cognitive skills, we're at at humungous disadvantage as far as knowing what's really going on around us.
If we've somehow been mis-programmed in our earliest years, we run the risk of living a life without ever realizing it. Our minds are the land we live in, and some of us never get the chance to climb Mount Analogue to see it all objectively, from the perspective of a bit of distance.

Anger can sometimes be mad, in the sense of something not worth getting upset about,
or too extreme a reaction considering the consequences of something ridiculously small and easy to fix,
or having nothing to do with anything except a misinterpretation ,
or just plain ego.

Some people call anything "mad" when it's not their idea of "normal" -- which is crazy.

But since our brains are plastic, we can change them.
The first step is learning how.

Hope you don't mind me riffing.
I get a bit crazy when something triggers an impulse to think about it,
and then the brain starts flowing like a river.

Some people find it bloody irritating.
But of course they can always stop reading if they're bored. :)
