One of the city workers hired my friend (an artist) to make a beautiful risograph print for her poetry

She hasn't paid her. It's been months.

She finally showed up at market today so I supported my friend in confronting her about it.

My friend just wanted me to be there and walk with her.

The city worker pretended she hasn't checked her email in four months. Lol.

My friend has sent her multiple emails, is living on artist income (not much) and this person is a well-paid city employee.

It's shameful.

That is pretty shameful, wether she checked her email or not, she knows your friend did the work and that it was her turn to hold up her end of the bargain. 🫤

Lol I circled her like a shark cause that stuff makes me so angry. My friend does not make a lot of money and she makes BEAUTIFUL things and works so goddamn hard.
