Do you think people who had crazy experiences at a young age are “cool”?

Seems like a lot of people enjoy confessing all the drugs and sex they had at a young age. Some people think it makes them seem cool, others don’t. What’s your opinion?

"cool" is when you don't gotta prove anything 🤷 if someone thinks drugs & sex is what makes them cool then they're not actually cool
@ChiefJustWalks right?!? So many bad choices made by drugs and alcohol definitely would not have considered it “cool” by and means.

@ChiefJustWalks Couldn’t have said it better myself. Haven’t seen you around in a long time

I think adults exposing children to sex is abuse. I don't think it's a good thing at all. I think maybe there's an element of bravado, in boasting about it. It took me years to get into repressed memories and then get passed them. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone, truly.

Why do you care what people think of them, does it keep you up at nights does it effects your life, does it pay you money
Birdbox1986 · 36-40, F
@AnonymousJSS then why ask it what is your purpose

@AnonymousJSS lots of people here are on drugs or used to use drugs so what makes you think this makes you look especially when you keep on laughing at me not cool

Depends on the experiences and how they shaped them. People who did some really shitty things under the influence are as far from cool as it gets.
Not if it's the only thing they can talk about

I feel like that doesn’t necessarily make you cool tbh. The story behind it might be, but the experience itself isn’t usually a personality trait or a badge of honour

I suppose some may feel that way.
Probably the realisation that they survived their poor decision making.
Or at least don't remember any trauma they may have caused others by it
