Ever suffered a 'frozen shoulder'?

I awoke yesterday with my right arm so sore I couldn't even bend my elbow. I have had one before and it usually ebbs over a week. This time the pain is greatly diminished today already.

Yes I have experienced frozen shoulder. It was a couple of years ago. I remember the pain and reduced range of motion of my left arm. I went to physiotherapy to help treat it.
