Start a mutual fund and or index fund. (even if it's the minimum you can buy in at)
Buy and hold Precious metals Gold Silver Platinum even copper and nickel.
Don't use credit card unless you pay it all off as soon as you get the bill.

I use cash and a credit card in an emergency I write checks and mail them to pay bills.
I avoid any monthly bills any charge for a money service.
Buy a house.

So the neighborhood I was walking around in yesterday there's a bunch of brand new condos starting at almost 1 million up to two and a half million, but the people want to live there where everything's taken care of, but you could buy 20 acres and build a house somewhere else .for that kind of money.
You people probably don't have extra money to buy gold and stock market accounts because you have other things you need to pay for like
rent and gasoline etc.

@Adroneandastrain you should only even have a credit card so that you'd be able to rent a car if you had to.

@Adroneandastrain you could also use the credit card if you needed to replace your hot water heater in an emergency.
