What's the one thing that always turns a bad day around for you?

Some days just don't go the way we hoped.

The meeting that drained you, the words that stung, the quiet drive home where everything felt heavy.

But somehow, most of us find that one thing ... a cup of tea, a walk, a song, a call to someone who just gets it ... that slowly brings us back to ourselves.

What's yours?

Fresh air.
Going for a walk or drive.
Getting some physical space between me and it.

@Picklebobble2 Going for a walk is definitely a reset button. It works for me too, especially when it's into the quiet and freshness of nature.

@Renkon For me it's the sea.
If i can get half an hour of sea air and sounds that can be enough to revitalise me to push on.

@Picklebobble2 True... the sound of the waves and cool wind ....it's soothing. I know. I grew up close to the sea.
