The reason why this year's water problems feels more annoying than 2024 summer's water problem. Can you relate?

So in our city Bangalore or just many parts of India often during summer there is water shortage or water issues so often time there won't be water. Just like every year even this year 2026 too there is some water shortage problems at mornings and afternoons but it's far more annoying compared to 2024 even though March to April 2024 had the worst water shortage especially in Bangalore. That's because in 2024 I was in my 2nd semester of MBA and 23 year old and having crush on this woman Akansha in my campus who was the prettiest in our campus. It felt so thrilling to talk to her as I was overcoming my years of shyness. I would be so excited to visit campus just to talk with Akansha. So yeah even with water issues, i was like today I will be meeting her so the excitement overshadowed the annoyance of water shortage. It was like I had someone to look forward to talk to in campus. I was having things going on in life.

But now in 2026 as a 25 year old I am freshly done with MBA and in this endless frustrating job search phase so I don't have a lot going on in my life and no stable connection, no crush to look forward to. Yeah I am socializing with women in Central areas of our city Bangalore but many are one off interactions and no steady connection with anyone. There is no "Akansha" in my life now. The job search frustration, stagnation in life, mom scolding me (yeah I live with parents which is normal in India) is making these days harder. I only go out twice in every week so yeah more in home. So yeah the summer feels kinda empty and the water shortage problems feels irritating when I go for shower. I have no crush or something to distract myself. This lack of someone to look forward to makes the annoyance about water and warm weather amplified. Do you relate to me?
