I just realized that I never truly learned how to feel

Growing up I never really felt. I was almost always with angst, anxiety, anhedonia or depression.

There were moments I've felt a few years ago but i don't think it was at a level of true empathy.

Yet now when I see a glimmer of emotion I don't really know how much I want to feel or should feel.

Ahem well now that I poured my heart out a bit, please be kind to me.

angst, anxiety, anhedonia & depression are feelings.. negative ones tho.. i hope you find more positive ones in the future
