@RebelRaven My plan is have water and mineral water only to start. I'm not going to partake of marijuana and I will put a lot of focus into breathing. Perhaps a little oatmeal for dinner with pomegranate juice. Hot cacao with extra flavanol before bed. Stretching and soaking my feet. Showering and oiling my skin. Then see how long I can fast the next few days, sticking to antiinflammatory things and making sure to still get some vitamins and antioxidants in. Then slowly introduce fruit, veg and chicken/fish. I'm starting some pretty heavy therapy soon so this is my plan for a whole self detox. I need a hard reset lol
