Call me weak or whatever but Lexapro seriously saved my life.

I’d self-harm, wanted to kill my self, was incredibly pessimistic, and every single day of my life I just wanted to die.

Almost 5 years later and can say I’m feeling better than ever now. It does get better.

Excellent! So many misconceptions about anti-depressants, who would call you weak for taking heart medications, cancer medications, diabetes medications? Mental illness is AN ILLNESS! I would have been gone from this earth years ago without anti-depressants.

Lexapro is a life saver. I’ve been on and off it for 20 years. No better medication out there for anxiety or depression

Scientific reports show that these drugs give off some kind of effect...

...That has nothing to do with mood change...the same equal one thirds improve, dont improve or get worse...between drug samples and psychotherapy alone. Untreated people have shown similar success patterns over time
