I think I begun experiencing joy after 33-34 years old...
Not that I wasn't happy before, but there was always some burden. A cloud, a dark.
Now, not that there are no burdens, but I give less facks :)..

@Jexie don't lose track of your vision. Strengthen your vision, and at the same time, focus on the now, to make it a little better, like 1% better every day..
I used to ask this question and still do, to myself when feeling depleted, how can I improve my situation by 1%?
Ask and you will see... Maybe drink some water, close the phone, search for something, go outside. Little things that improve the quality of the moment.

It’s up to you to decide how you want your life to play out. You can change your mindset and focus on the positivity in your life and that with a lot of gratitude will really change things for you

Happiness is an inherent internal natural state, you either have it or you don't
I'm sorry to say, if you are looking to find it....it's not something found

You will.
It also depends on your definition of happiness.
If you mean like feeling joyful and exuberant every moment - no. No one does. It wouldn't be sustainable.
But if you mean a reasonable deep contentment in life- that's certainly possible.

I used to be content, but now I don't even feel that anymore.
