I think I need to whip the board of directors into shape
It's been allowed to become so disorganized.
People forming little clusters and agreeing on one thing while the rest don't know what's going on.
Control freak managers that just dominate.
I see myself as the body while they are the brain.
They collaborate and make sound decisions while I act them out. (Obviously I do make a lot of littler decisions on my own still).
But right now they basically all just tell me things separately and never write anything down.
I also get that they're busy and it's a volunteer position but I want a smaller board of smart people with good intentions.
And I need to find some way to motivate them to act as a team. I have some ideas.
