Few reasons why the car scene in India kinda feels underwhelming. Do you relate to it?
So in my previous posts I shared supercars and luxury cars i saw in my city Bangalore in India and it included cars like Lamborghini Revuelto, Lamborghini Huracan, several Porsche, Ferrari SF90 Stradale, Bentleys etc but the car scene kinda still feels underwhelming. That's because there aren't true hypercars in India yet like a Bugatti Chiron or a Pagani Zonda or even a Porsche 918 or maybe a LaFerrari. Without hypercars, it feels incomplete. The most powerful cars in India now is probably the Lamborghini Revuelto as it has 1001 horsepower and the Ferrari SF90 Stradale with 900+ horsepower but it would be too cool to see a Bugatti Chiron or even a Veyron in UB City casually parked or going by like in the Dubai videos.
Also the regular family cars like Maruti Suzuki cars, Hyundais, Tata, etc are underpowered mostly within 70-120 horsepower because most Indian families prefer mileage over performance. To make cars affordable and have good mileage, the cars are underpowered here. So yeah most cars are underpowered so a Lamborghini Huracan or even a BMW Z4 stands out whereas in Dubai, a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ or a Ferrari SF90 blends in well as even people move around in Bugatti, Rolls Royce, Mclarens, even Koenigsegg etc. idk without hypercars, it seems incomplete but sadly Indian roads aren't made for hypercars. Even Lamborghinis struggle against speedbreakers so Bugattis which are even lower will struggle even more. For me honestly even seeing a Bugatti will be a dream. I am 25 and I will say it clearly that honestly I would visit Dubai just to spot a Bugatti Chiron in person. Even a LaFerrari will bless my eyes.
